All listed prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We aim for fast and careful delivery of your order. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays in delivery do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation of the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or accidents is not covered by the warranty.
